The Bannerville Volunteer Fire Company  was est: 1949 with aprox 8 members . with the main truck being a 1939 diamond Tee Pumper that is still owned bye  fire company.

 The bannerville Volunteer Fire Company serves West Beavertownship, Snyder County,  PA.
 with a polulation of slightly over 1250 and area of approx 28 square miles .

 At the present day we grew to a 20 member firefighting station . with a 2008 international 6 man
purchased through an asstistance to fire fighters grant  a 1974 army brush truck ,  a 2012 international  5 man cab , 3000 gallon tanker 750 rated  pto pump. and a  converted kitchen in a 1973 chevy panel truck .
